yeah i agree but some people think because your from a certain country, but as far as i am aware they have communication with GHCQ and still awaiting. I also worked in a job that required security clearance and I am still awaiting

May be this the reason for delay.
You applied in Dec,2016. So,you are still with-in 18 months processing time.

Sep 20 , 2016 inland applicant , why CIC Stopped issuing PPR ?
Haven’t seen any movement in file form long ago .
Hope to see ppr by June 1st week .

You are at 20th month. Speak with CIC agent, meet with local MP & order GCMS notes.

Some times your nationality , adding spouse in the middle of the process, visting specific counries & working in military may delay in process.

December 9 2016, still waiting, called cic 3 weeks back, was told everything is completed, the eligibility is passed. no process on your application, wait for officer to email you with next steps. still waiting !! it is so frustrating. i don't understand how much time it takes to send one freakin email with passport request !

My status is showing submitted , Can someone get PPR without status showing updated?

am from dec 2016 mine changed from processing to application received and friday night it changed to processing again
