I wonder if that is why a lot of us from Oct, Nov, Dec 2016 and Jan 2017 are getting Application Received in ecas from in progress as it has been transferred to Ottawa for a final decision that would make sense what do you guys think?

Not for final decision. Only for visa stamps. Decisions are made in CIO. (Central intake office) syney Nova Scotia.

Bcoz CIO is in NS. and all the file process there. Only for visa stamp they move the files Ottawa after decision made. So everyone’s files are in NS.

you mean to say that member of parliment pull my file he forward the mail to me which he get from irrc. so ircc telling lie to MP too

What is that??? FBI reports? I just sent passport stamps like entry to usa and reentry to Canada thats it. Nothing else. Can you please explain?
