Nov 25 2016 file received, Feb 5 2017 AOR.
MR on Jan 8 2018 and Passed end of Jan.
My background check has not started. the status shows Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.

However, most of people's status shows we are processing your background check.

Why my bg check does not start yet?
