Hi guys, i have a question about landing. I made a landing appointment in Canada Place through CIC call center and they put me on April 5th. Now, I kind of want to go to us border for flagpole next Monday with my friend. How do i cancel my appointment and is it OK？ Thanks

Did you call them and ask them where’s your fille .is it in nova or Ottawa?

I've tried to contact cic agent numerous times but it always disconnect because apparently they are so busy that not even a single call goes thru.

I have a favour for somebody that already received PPR. Could you please tell me what exctly they ask for to mail them? I know there is passport, and photos (what are requirememts for photo size and qty?) Also what extra information we have to provide them? My spouse will be travelling to other province for few months so I would like to be prepared when they request it and don not have to wait for him to come back. Thanks in advance
