Hi go north,
Yes im also Filipino, im really hoping to receive MR the soonest.
Lets update here. Godbless everyone. Keep praying.

Hi joy15,

That's nice to know "kabayan"... May I know what province you're headed? I'm a Manitoba provincial nominee...

Let's keep each other posted "balitaan tayo.." of our PR applications' progress....

BTW, it took me 20 months (from February 4, 2014 to October 30, 2015) to get my provincial nomination/LOA... How about you?

...this really tests our patience.... From the information that I have read, before yr. 2010, the processing was only 2 years and that already includes CIC... imagine that.... Now, I'll consider myself lucky if my journey doesn't exceed 3 years (36 months) ! ! !

... Good luck to all of us ...

Hi go north,
Im also under MPNP hope we'll see each other soon in Manitoba hehe.
I got LOA within 16months since im a June 2014 applicant but processing really differ along the way, we received AOR Just a day difference let's keep praying for our MR, though waiting makes me feel nervous.
Godbless kabayan

Greetings!

Congratulations to all who received their AORs...

Any MR updates from my fellow November 2015 provincial nominee PR applicants ?

The posts/thread conversations quoted below of a recent PR (November 2015) applicant who received MR (from the same local visa office-VO as mine) within just 14 days after AOR while some of us wait beyond 3 weeks (or worst, months' times more) for MR, makes me want to shout "WHY???" in frustration.... :-[. :'(. ???

... This is sadly the same sentiment and experience I had with my provincial nomination timelines which took me 20 months before LOA confirmation (I also read other PNP applicants took nearly that long, if not, longer) while others took less than 12 months for their LOA confirmations (same type of applications, and these are not Express Entries). Why??? :-[. :-\

Sorry for the late reply,

@tomasmrsfg
We had our AOR last Jan 18 and got an email from CEM last Feb 1 for MR and got medical forms the day after.

Hi YellowBucks,

Congratulations!
You got your MR within less than 2 weeks from receiving AOR email?
... That was fast ...
... Good luck to all of us ...

Thank you go north,

Yes, luckily we got MR exactly 14 days from AOR.
Hope all goes well for us, good luck and god bless!

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND ....

>>> If all of our AOR emails did mention that our application documents are considered complete, then why is it that we all (even from the same local VO) can't receive our MRs at a relatively same timelines??? WHAT IS THE REASON FOR DELAYs? ???.

.... Is there any trend we can base on? ??? ... I hope the system really improves, at least show a trend or a good basis in the process

... Oh Lord God please help us.
... Good luck to all of us ...

Even within the same VO, files might be processed by different agents. That may have a small effect on the timeline (some agents are on vacation lately or maybe just a slacker. It's a government job, after all)

It's normal until the difference is more than 1 month.

If that's the case, then NOT ALL APPLICATIONS ARE TREATED THE SAME,
... Doesn't it just test your patience? Worse is (except to inquire) we can't do anything about it but to just wait.

... Further, I read in the many posts by the seniors from the different thread topics in this forum that there are considerable number of PR applicants whose wait for MR after AOR were longer than 1 month.... does that mean there are many of those so called NOT NORMAL treatment?

:'(. :-X. :o

... Also, IMHO, having 1 to 3 months delay in the release of MR is not a small effect on the timeline, it's a considerable difference for me ...

I hope they don't toy with our applications. The applicants' futures are in their hands... Afterall, with all the qualifications screening that all of us provincial nominees went thru, I believe we will come to Canada to be productive members of the community... We chose Canada... Unlike many of those that they hurriedly welcomed (due to humanitarian reason, which is very noble and I totally respect/admire) who may still need to learn language and other adaptability skills ...

... Just saying ...

... Good luck really to all of us ...

As I said, more than 1 month of delay for no reason is a legit concern. 3 months is totally unacceptable and you should contact them.

There is no guarantee of MR straight after AOR. It is dependent on each files whether they are verifying some other documents you sent, or PCC, or education backgrounds. Could be anything.

Plus the whole refugee situation CIC and Canada is dealing with are higher in their priority so I don't find it surprising they draw manpower and resources to them from other immigration class. It's political.

Just don't expect CIC make every timeline accurately to the date.
