Quota is applicable as per the link but i am thinking that in the recent few years they already streamlined the intake numbers and are already set at province and federal level (no stream is open quota anymore) with fixed numbers to avoid the years of delay like that happened long ago. Not sure if this quota is again being applied at cic stage.Bincanada said:I'm curious if we're getting near the end of the year, and the immigration office has a set number of immigrants they want to let in this year, and we'll see a huge slow down going into December as they've filled most queues for 2015?
I have no idea if this is true, but it is something that has crossed my mind.
