You can find on cic website what information they needed
Name
Birthdate
File num
Uci
Pr category = pnp
Then whatever you want to tell them.
They will reply within 20-30 days.

Same here, IP 6 lines, I have no idea where my file is, I never called CIC, I'm going to call on Monday, Good luck

A lot of you are reporting far more lines in ECAS than I am, mine doesn't even say In Process. It has two lines, when it was accepted, and the Medical Received line.

Is this normal, this late in the stage? I am a November 2014 applicant of course, got the MR the same as most others, and I pre-paid RPRF. I did get the email I referred to earlier in this topic about when I sent an update to Sydney, they said it was already transferred to Ottawa an this was back in July. So I know my file is in Ottawa, but no updates.

Don't read too much into how many lines you have. I suspect that the lines are not always kept fully up to date by the CIC agents, and having less information doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem or that you're falling behind. In my case, I only had two lines for the longest time (Received date, AOR received date, and "Medicals have been received". Then when I went in process I had the In process date added but that's it. It wasn't until I got Decision Made that it also updated to say the date that they sent me correspondence requesting my medicals (but it said "medicals received" months earlier).

So obviously, things had been happening even though my ECAS didn't keep up to date.

This doesn't really tell you anything about how much longer you have to wait, or if there will be delays, or if you are close to the end, or anything like that. But don't worry about missing lines - that doesn't mean anything really.
