Yes me too. I did medical on April 25th but medical was submitted on May 3rd. The reason I think for delay in update of my status is due to my daughter's medical. CIC sent medical request for my daughter who is canadian citizen by birth and the doctor denied to perform her medical exam. They would update my ECAs when they see my email regarding the same.

I contacted the doctor's office and they gave me the acknowledgement of submission.

My ECAS status changed to "Medical received" overnight! My time line:

Application received by CIC: Nov 28th
XEP: April 15th
EP: April 24th
MR: April 25th
Medical exam done: May 7th
Medical received: May 20th

Guys, an update on my dates:

Application received: Nov 12
AOR: Apr 16
MR's: Apr 22
Medicals done: May 8
Medicals sent*: May 12
Medicals received**: May 20

* I know when they were submitted because the doctors assistant was so kind to tell me that, but is not related to ECAS

** Heads up on the following: I kept accessing ECAS as crazy and I only checked the application status on the main page, always the same “Application Received” status, however, today I decided to click the link for further information, it opens a new window that says: “1. We received your application for permanent residence on November 12, 2014 (as I had seen before); 2. Medical results have been received”, that's my only indication of Medicals received, there is no way to tell the date though (how can other people determine that?), I imply it's been updated today, but maybe it's been sitting there some days ago as I was just reading the Application Status on the main page, so I am not sure.

I hope it helps folks who are waiting for medical received status. For the rest, who have already obtained ‘Medical Received' status, did it ever change in the status bar on the main page? How do you determine the date? Or is the same case as mine?

Cheers for all,

Hey guys finally ECS updated. I haven't checked today but after reading replys from here checked and it is there. Thanks
Timeline
Application received -10 nov
Medical received - 22 April
Medical done - 1 may
Ecs updated to medical received - 20 may

Hi Bpatel1 and Ixx, could you please comment on to how did you figure out the date of medical received? Did you find out in the summary page? Or as you click on the details, does it have a date besides it?
Thanks for your help,

I found out by checking on the 19th (not there) and then on the 20th (there). So it must have happened over night.

I'm a MPNP applicant who had the file received at Sydney in November 2014 for permanent residency.

I performed my medical 4 May 2015 and have yet to see it listed as received; however, I had some problems with my medical and they had me come back to give another urine sample (they lost it), which may have caused a delay. They did say they submitted it this past week via eFile, so hopefully it shows up soon.

Who contacted you for re medical for urine? CIC or DOCTOR??
And may be my medical received before 20 may but they updated on 20 may on ecs.
I have gone for medical on Friday so there are 2 weekend with 1 long weekend so wait they will update in mext week bcoz people saying they update ecs only on tuesday. In my case it Wednesday bcoz of ling weekend.

For me it was the doctor, they sent the test results in with urine so far as I know. They also messed up my paperwork and put my height way lower than it is (I'm from the US, apparently its hard for some people here to convert between imperial and metric, since the US still uses imperial measurements).

Doctor visit and labs were almost $600 USD. Absurd... But typical of American doctors.
