PNP PR November 2014 Applicants

Hi,

Can anyone tell me the list of all the documents required by me and my sponsor ( MPNP - Family Support stream ) as the 30th April date is approaching, just avoiding re- submission of my application. Not sure what documents should i have or my sponsor should have for a smooth processing of my application. I would appreciate any help on this.

IMM 5406 for you and your spouse.
Spouse - IMM 5669 Background Declaration

Documents for your spouse:
6 passport sized photograph
Marriage Certificate in English
Police Clearance
Passport Photocopy
Birth Certificate - Spouse
Education certificates - Spouse

I Received my XEp on april 15 and got another same email with xep on April 24, not with EP. Any idea when i am receiving my EP and MR. I so confused with their email.

it doesnt matter when you add, both of you ll get pr same day...this is how it works, but you have to let CIC know of any changes as soon as possible, later addition can b a question, why not you didnt inform them earlier...?so, better to update them via email

Any suggestions for a panel physician who has e-medical in Calgary or Edmonton?

Almost all of them have emedical. to be specific, go to heritage medical centre in edmonton, they have fast track service as well. Go to them in person. Phone call wouldnot help.

Just woke up this morning. Finally i got my aor with UCI no. (8digits) And Application no. (starts with EP)

Dont walk in, They would not help you. Get your appointment by going to their clinic.
