I applied under Master Degree Program PNP, Ontario

1. PR Application Received by CIC: 08-Nov-2014
2. AOR: 10-April-2015
3. IELTS Request: not required
4. Med's Request: 12-April-2015
5. Med's Done....: 18-April-2015
6. Medical Received by CIC: 30-April-2015
7. Medical updated as received on ECAS: 15-May-2015

8. Reminder Email:02-July-2015: I ignored this E-Mail,because i submitted everything with Application Package

9. ECAS IP : 28-July-2015

10. PPR: Waiting....
11. VISA ISSUED...: Waiting....

What is actual date of in process?

Fingers crossed - it should be soon for you. I wonder how they updated it yesterday when it says that it is updated on Tuesdays!!! Go figure

My Ecas only showing 2 lines
1. Application Received on .....
2. Your medical has been Received.

got document request in july by regular mail...my agent informed me on 12th july but letter was issued on 2nd july...then i sent my schedule A and RPRF receipt again...on same date....waiting for next step..i am nov 18 applicant...

i have no idea my friend. but hopefully it will be soon. coz i heard pr card takes 3months now. and i want to go out of the country by december. but im planning to just wait for my pr card.

I hope mine gets processed quickly too. Yeah I've heard so too. I'm actually planning to travel in September. So I'm hoping it happens before that, but since it is the end of July now - it is extremely unlikely. In any case, its better to travel before PR since for Citizenship now, time spent before PR does not count any more.

I called the call centre today. They said my application is in "Background check" stage and its in Ottawa. Do any of you have any experience with what this means, the call centre agent wouldn't elaborate.

i also called them today .. Cic agent asked me under which category u applied and then asked me date on which sydney office received my application ...then he said wait...we will only give information after processing time passed. wot d hell

Hi Folks, I got my PR .I did my landing today at CIC Etobicoke office today !!!!

My complete PR processing timelines are below

Type: Ontario PNP (Masters student), Inland application

Application sent and received: 12-Nov 2014,18-Nov-2014
AOR: 15- March-2015
Medical Request: 4-May-2015
Medicals Done: 15-May-2015
Medicals received as shown in CIC site: 1-June-2015
(RPRF and Police Clearance sent in on April-2015)
Passport Request: 23-June-2015
Passport with Visa received back on:12-July-2015
CIC Etobicoke interview call received on:14-July-2015
PR and inland landing on:31-July-2015
New SIN received on:31-July-2015
PR card will be received in 3 Months

Guys..let me know if you have any questions on this thread. I get lot of similar questions from folks in my inbox for processing. good to have some transparency.All the best

Your best bet is to hang up then call right back.

Hey guys just an update.. Just checked my ecas and it says in process. Started processing the application on July 29th. Hopefully will get dm or ppr soon. I am Nov 18th applicant.

My experience with CIC agents: Very friendly. They ask straight questions like When did you first come to canada, latest entry date, criminal record (if any), unemployment history(if any). Basically simple questions but very straightforward. Please make sure to give them straight one/two word answers. Any answer which is confusing might cause them to ask separate set of question which is not good.
