Stay strong bud. It will come in its due time. When are you receiving your GCMS notes ?

Best wishes and I hope you get your PPR soon.
:) Thanks Life for giving me hope. Still waiting for notes (applied last month 14th)...
I just expect some officer get assigned in this notes and wanted to see at least "In progress" in criminality assessment - the very first baby step. Will see how the dice roll. I hope that the dice dont roll the same twice :D.

Hey @harirajmohan imagine this, I got my other notes! Ordered them last Friday, April 8.
Ya buddy, many got notes whoever applied after me received long back :). I think that they are afraid to reveal my notes because they did not assign an officer, no due date, no assessment (except medical) is started (not even in-progress) hence they decided to complete my assessments and send ppr and gcms together :D ;D. This is my plan to spend my weekend happily.

Me too excited to see that they are touching May applications from last week. Hopefully they issue more PPRs next week.

Hey guys does anyone know if going on vacation while your pr application is under process increases the processing time? Thanks

Harirajmohan brother any idea?

Not getting why we are thinking that it will increase. Please explain what you heard and what you wanted to do and we can see if it will affect your processing time.

No. Although you might be requested to update Schedule A

Not sure where but I read it here somewhere on forum people saying more countries you visit more time cic take to check your background security and other stuff. I was planning to visit my family in Australia for 3 months.

As mf4361 said, sometimes the vo asks to give the updated personal history during the processing. For some they asked for the people who have not traveled but there was change in their other items (implied to work permit - vice versa, changed job, moved to different address and so on). For some they asked even though there was no change. So its 50-50 chance even if you dont travel.

I think it depends on many factors such as country, duration of stay, etc.

Taking my case as an example. I have visited more than 20 countries. It took me around 4 months from medical received to PPR

Good luck!
