Did you inquire about your application via web form or email and inquire about your file??
Normally they don't email unless the need any additional document or you inquire via web form. Thanks

I have called them several times , they always say background verification going on and I send email today and got reply within a day that they are doing additional background verification and they don’t know when will it end , really worried
