BC PNP

Inland paper-based application received by CIC on August 15, 2016.
AOR received (email) on Dec 09, 2016.
Also, application number in CIC changed from XEP#### to EP####. ;D ;D
Finally .....

Received general Reminder email with a request of RRPF. Paid and submitted through Case specific inquiry tool as I still can't link my application to my account.
Timeline:
PNP, Paper based, Sydney NS office
Received by CIC - July 26
AOR - October 29
RRPF - December 12

In the Reminder emails it asks for RRPF, Passports, Schedule A if changed and for Police Certificate. Do you think this is the time to obtain and send Canadian police certificate?

POLICE CERTIFICATES
If you have not already done so, provide Original Police Certificates from each country and territory
where you lived for six or more months in a row since the age of 18, for you and all family members over
18. If you delay in sending in these police certificates your application will be delayed.
You can do one of the following:
1) Provide Original Police Certificates via mail at the address below
2) Provide Scanned Copies of Original Police Certificates. Please attach via the Case
Specific Enquiry form at the following link:
Please refer to our website, link, for further instruction on how to obtain a police certificate.
All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations.
