Hi everyone,

I'm Inland July 2016 applicant , got AOR on 21th October 2016. Today I received the generic reminder email. I know that this is a generic email sent to all applicants. but it would be great if someone can advise on the following:

PASSPORTS
I already submitted copies whit the application but they were not notarized. Is it required to copy the first 2 and last 2 pages, notaries and send again?

POLICE CERTIFICATES
I'm From Iran , lived in UAE and UK since the age of 20. I already submitted police certificates from UAE and UK with my application. The UK police clearance is valid for one year so it is ok. The UAE certificate however was only valid for 3 months so now it is expired. any one with similar experience? do I have to submit the UAE one again or is it ok that it was valid when submitting the PR application.

MISSING SCHEDULE A INFORMATION
I'm Ok with this one.

RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENT FEE (RPRF)
I'm Ok with this one.

Last questions is about submitting this documents. Do I send all through case specific enquiry , regular mail to their address, or my CIC under submitted application.

Thanks a lot and good luck to all :)

The only thing you can do is to change bank and apply to the other bank for CC and also prior application you should apply for high limit up to 1,400 eur. If bank dont offer you that kind of limit than you must ask them if they will allow you to increase the limit by adding your own funds directly to your CC.

Also take a look at the payment instruction if CIC allows to do the money transfer directly to their bank account and attach to the application slip payment together with SWIFT confirmation. You will get SWIFT confirmation from the bank (you must ask for it) 3-4 hours after the payment has been procesed.

Hope that this info will helpou in any way.

Does it vary receiving the AOR depending on the different provincial nominee? Does anyone has any idea?

My understanding: CIC will accept the UAE certificate though it is only valid for 3 months as long as you have not come back to UAE since the issuance of the certificate. The common sense here is that the Certificate certifies that you did not commit to anything illegal before the date they sign the certificate.

Good luck with your PR process.
