Which courier company did you use, when did you send your application and when was it delivered. Or did you use post? Those are the things you need to verify.

i Used canada post xpress spot with tracking and it was delivered in 20th of september and received by Dollus or Dollugus

My Ainp approved PR application received by cic on 8th august 2016. Hopefully will get the Aor soon. My passport is about to expire in February 2017. I already renewed it and have the new one handy. How should i update it? I have linked my application to mycic account but i can't find any option to update the copy of my new passport online. Please advice.

you will first create a Gkey account then through that, you will link your application to online system, well there are several options to use, but i tink application number and UCI number work best

Don't go with UCI NUMBER, this is not practical. Try with name , DOB ,surname. This is easiest.

I have been logging into cic to check my status and messages since a while now (as recent as just a few minutes ago) and it kept stating application status currently unavailable. Don't know if anyone else is facing this issue or not but just thought I'd post about what i found out.
Checked it out on the Help centre and got this:

"What do I do if the online application system is down?
There are times where the system will be down for routine maintenance. Follow Citizenship and Immigration Canada on Twitter for notifications on when the system will be unavailable.

Notices will also be posted on our website.

If the system is down and it is not a scheduled outage for system maintenance, please let us know, and try again later."

I went on Twitter to check it out and found this posted on November 21st:

"Our online services are down, including eTA applications. Please try again later. Thank you for your patience."

There have been no posts after that about the services being back to normal again. Just wait for it to get back to normal now.

Am experiencing the same issue, I mailed my visa office and they told me my application is in transit.

Goodday to all members, please i need clarifications before sending application to cic from all senior members.

Nominated by Manitoba province, compiling forms to send to cic. would list my questions below, would appreciate if i get help from forum members, Olurotimi, Ayokunlex, and others please help.

1. Have made payments online and attached receipt to my application, Is it mandatory to still complete the fee payment form included in the checklist?
2. Should school certificates be included with my application?
3. When filling the generic form which category is more appropriate to select "skilled worker or Provincial Nominee"
4.Also on the IMMM0008_4e , its asking for provincal stream/category. ....( I filled it this way ( skilled worker overseas/Provincial Nominee)
Am not sure if this is appropiate.
