I'm PNP applicant - on CIC stage

After 3 months of silence, I received an Email saying "Application Updated" with no UCI number.

When I logged in I saw at the "Review of eligibility" changed to "review in progress".

What does it mean?

how come they handling my application and I dd not receive UCI number?

Now, I want to sent my PC records to the VO that handling my application..

how do you know which visa office is handling my application?

I am working as a Team Leader in a IT related MNC in India. As Only NOC 2171 is available in SINP program. I applied in july 2016 but then Visa manager rejected my case and said my duties fall in NOC 2174 which is presently not available in SINP.

Now I was thinking to request my employer to add 2-3 more points related to NOC 2171 to apply in future.
Now you suggest DO SINP official arise question that why i changed my duties now ?
Except this, after my refusal i emailed to HRSDC to know my NOC. they said I can apply in NOC 2171 with these job duties.
I was thinking to attach that email with my experience letter while applying next time

I should do some changes in my experience letter as I earlier ?

After getting AOR, should I send a updated Schedule A form to CIC? I was refused a work permit after applying for PR so I was thinking to update the answer on previous visa refusal question. Or should I just wait for CIC to email me a Schedule A?

I had to apply for a closed work permit which it got approved after 1 month of restoration process. Just wondering now should I send a update about my previous work permit refusal to CIC now that I got AOR.

I would have notify cic with an update schedule A. Not sure what seniors would advice.

Which visa office is processing your PR application?

CIC received 23rd of Sep 2016, still waiting for AOR...!!

Is receiving AOR compulsory? have heard that many of them got passport submission request without AOR
