august 11 application decision made 3 week ago.no ppr yet.

Hey. One of my friends had the same thinng but he called CIC and they said if he doesn’t receive an email within 7 days of decision made, he has to contact CIC and ask them to send one. He did the same one evening and called again next morning and they sent him an email within 24 hours.
So if after decision making - no PPR email comes you should call them and quote the same thing and they are supposed to then send it within 24 hours.
