Hi, I received AOR on Dec 6, 2016. and I have the same problem with my account as well, it also said " Your action is required", I called them, they told me that is a glitch and nothing is required from me. Only one month left for me to meet the 16 month deadline, I really don't think they can honor the time frame.

Yeah! This wait is killing me, and as frustrating as this may be, I’m still kinda hopeful for the MR to come by the 10th of this month. I received my AOR on August 11, 2016. So, it’s only a month for me to hit that 16 month deadline, and I doubt PPR’s would be sent out before March 2017, because the average priocessing times after a medical is sent us 3 months (until ones PPR). EE would have been a better option wh3n I think back now. Lol

I got my notes last month .It says eligibilty passed ,criminality passed.
But that was in january after that they did not even touch my application .

Mine was generated 2 days after I ordered it, but they still waited a month before they sent it to me.
