Hey guys I have a question, can I do landing in other province. Like I am nominated by Ainp then can I go to SK border or Toronto?

You can land anywhere in Canada just keep in mind that some Alberta borders aren't opened 24/7. You wanna check the times before you go.

hi every one just wanna share my experience... evn i dn know wats gng to happen and how long it will take for my PR rqst
my usband started his process in july2014 and he got PNP and he visited back to india inbtw . and we got married march2015 .When he get back to canada april2015 this year he added me in his PR application by updating his marital status nd within 2 weeks we got a email requesting my medical and PCC & other docs within 60 days.
So after i gone through the medical i got a text that medical has been submitted to embass yin may first week and even we got mail requesting our landing fees And a hardcopy of all the questionarie and marriage crftcts and other docs has been sent to the visa office Ottawa and is received by dem on june1,15 .
All i want to know is how much time it will take to get my passport request Tongue.Anybody plz rply Smiley

Finally the pleasant journey is over lol

I landed as PR yesterday. I received my Visa on Friday June 12. I only sent the copies of our passport and 2 pictures on Thursday the 11th.

We landed at Coutts, no issues at all. Took 30 min from the US side to leaving as PRs

It's 18882422100, but agents are really rude. They don't bother to look into ur application file and give u the info, its a rare chance if u get to talk to nice one , all the best dear.

Don't worry dear, as far as I know status changes to In Process after u pay the landing fee .and sometimes they take longer than usual to update online or in rare cases u get passport request directly after the fee, No IP or DM ,straight PPR. Stay positive

Actually the day we got email asking for my Mediacal and Pcc after 2-3 days of it we received an email asking us to pay landing fee ...

Keep your delivery receipt / confirmation. All that matters, is when your application was delivered to CIC. And provided your application is found valid at the initial stage (signed, supporting documents there, etc) you'll get an AOR based on the date CIC received your package.
At least, that's how it has been...

Ah. V_volf thank you. Ill keep that in mind, thank you. Everything is kept and filed so whenever they need it, im ready. Lol. I have the receipt in email of the courier service. Hope there wont be any problem.
