thanks for the response.im inland applicant my visa office is ottawa and my wife is dependent on my file and she is in nepal .so are we supposed to send me and my wifes both passports to ottawa when i get PPR?that way its better to tell my wife to send passport here so when ever i get PPR i can send it together to ottawa, right?

file received 4 sep 2014, medical recvd october 2014.
any one here who has added spouse after medical..?

I have added Spouse in February 2015.
my agent informed cio sydney via email.
I confirmed with call centre agent , they got our email and they have
updated in system about adding spouse as well. (SO THEY HAVE IDEA).

after that havent recvd any email or document request .
MAY BE I will get RRPF SOON AND THEY WILL ASK ME documents and further procedure for
my spouse???

Any one has idea about adding spouse and timeline?

yes my dependent spouse is on my file since pnp was filed.

adding your spouse means new processing time. So you are feb applicant now, instead of September. I called CIC and I want to add my spouse, agent told me that I will have a new date of submission, I decided not to add my spouse yet then sponsor her later after PR.

My co worker got her PR after total of 16 months, she added her spouse in the middle of the application, on the 7th month. That time, the processing time was 17 months as well.
I am not disappointing anyone, just stating what is told by CIC and the experience of a friend.

yes if you add your spouse in the middle of your processing then your time wil be start from the time you add your spouse. my wife is on my file since the begining of PNP.so below are the details if that makes you clear :-
BC pnp filed- 14th feb 2014 .
PR filed to Sydney N.S- 17th july 2014
medical done for both- sep 2014
RPRF,landing fee- 14th april 2015
IN process - 15th april 2015
Decison made-19th may 2015
PPR-- waiting ...

I just called CIC this afternoon. I asked the agent when I will be requested for passport, she looked into my file and said "everything looks fine but your file is still in Sydney, not transferred to Ottawa yet, the processing may take couple months! " O!M!G!
