I received it along with my nomination at the end of May 2018. I'm AINP. Alberta seems to be giving the support letter to everyone who's WP is about to expire

why do u need the support letter? I did not provide the support letter when i submitted my file for BOWP

The 204(c) letter of support that says that the Government of Alberta recommends to issue for me a new BOWP. You've got to use this letter if you haven't received the AOR yet. If you applied with AOR then you're all good. I didn't have it then

Oh OK, got it. I recently applied for BOWP and received my AOR like 22 months ago.

I want to local MP office and they call CIC but MP office provide me same information as CIC provide me . However they told me that’s what they can do . It’s not really helpful and I am not gonna tell MP office to call them again because it can be negative effect for case and they again gonna provide same information.

Really frustrating right now 21 months waiting and still no updates single applicant.

Without calling MP also affecting your application and as per I know my MP told that they are answerable to MP's and it help little if we call them.

Any PPR over weekend!!! It's been a huge hassle to all of us! my work permit will be expired on October 3, not sure to apply for BOWP or not! Jan. 27 applicant!

Apply, especially if you are in BC. Let me know if you have any luck getting the letter of support from the province.

Better to apply for BOWP and guarantee your implied status.

I recently applied for BOWP and didn't attached a support letter. I followed all checklist and sent only the documents that they required (nomination, proof that your nomination was valid when you received your AOR and proof of medical exams were done).
