Hi,

Is it normal to get pre-arrival letter after medical request which has been passed two months ago? If so, what does it mean?

Thanks
yes, anything is normal, there are no clear guidelines on the sequence of the checks. It means your eligibility has been passed.

It has been a roller coaster ride in this journey to becoming a Canadian Permanent Resident. This forum has been a great help in this journey, educationally and emotionally. I can't say it's worth the wait because of so much delays but then again colleagues it will all come to pass. :-) Wishing you all get your PPR's the soonest. Lovelots - DIANE

How many dm people are still waiting ? Did anyone email ottawa and iquire on ppr ? Response would be appreciated
DM July 4, still waiting. Jan 2017 applicant.
I don't think they send it to the wrong email, the officer did say that it might take them a while to send the ppr request out. Don't know if we should email Ottawa...

Still waiting, been dealing with CIC for 5 years now and they never cease to disappoint, they have never done anything on time, starting with my Student Visa which arrived a week after my Master's degree had started...

one friend of mine had to wait for 8 months for his PGWP, can you believe it? And because of that he couldn't claim that work experience.
