Officially,CIC website saying 18-months. Unofficially, 70% applicants getting PPR in 16-months.

I applied to Federal PR in June,2017. My application number starts with EP00276***

My analysis is in 5-months (June,2017 - Feb,2017) only 5,000 ( EP00276*** - EP00271***) applications received by CIC.

Government target for 2018 Canada immigration levels for PNP-PR- paper based target is 55,000 (this means visa officers on an average they

Feb 05 2018 received
Until now still not recvive AOR
If my apply has been rejected or not ? But I did not receive my documents form cic?
Is normal?
