Officially,CIC website saying 18-months. Unofficially, 70% applicants getting PPR in 16-months.

I applied to Federal PR in June,2017. My application number starts with EP00276***

My analysis is in 5-months (June,2017 - Feb,2017) only 5,000 ( EP00276*** - EP00271***) applications received by CIC.

Feb 05 2018 received
Until now still not recvive AOR
If my apply has been rejected or not ? But I did not receive my documents form cic?
Is normal?

Can any one clear the difference between security check n back ground check because I call in the morning they told me my eligibility is passed n criminality is clear so they doing security how long it's gonas take more
