Not recently they ask me about address history to send again in March 2018 and after that no updates and no news from them.

Security check in progress that’s what I hear everytime I call them .

i have been legal assistant for immigration applications for people and i have aplied for 6 applications for myself and 2 for wife plus refusals. i know that past refusals can never be a problem for future. i am the living example.

Also the ghost update you got. Did you get an email saying you have an update but there was nothing on your gckey or you just logged into your gc key and saw it say updated and then it’s gone? Also what does your ecas show?

I ordered notes 2 times. Once in may 1 got on june 1. It says pnp meds pending as location and security not starting else everything was passed. Second time i applied after getting remedical req for spouse as her med was expired in feb 2018. Her remed got passed on 4 july i applied for notes on 19 july got on 18 aug.Then location was ready for ps and security was still not started in notes. Than today got ppr.

No i did not received any email. Yes i got ghost update on main page of gc key as it says account/profike updated. Its decision made on ecas now.

There's me. My husband had 6 denials for visas and spousal work permits. My 19 months passed on August 27.

I wouldn't be so sure. My application is now delayed. We did not have criminal history, CIC did not ask for additional documents, my family status did not change, medicals are still valid. The only thing I can think of is my husband's visa denials.
