How many feb applicants got a ghost update last week?

Hi, could someone PLEASE tell me what number do you dial (and what numbers do you choose from the 'following menu') that you actually get the chance to talk to A REAL PERSON at the IRCC call centre ?

Cause whenever I call (1-888-242-2100) I can't get a hold of anybody... Line is always "busy" and they just disconnect me. What the hell ?! And I am sick of it already...

I called them last friday they said everything is complete just waiting for final review
One week passed now

Its like when you log onto your CIC account the status shows "updated" but there is no notification in your inbox and when you open the file, nothing has changed and it goes back to showing 'submitted"

I don't mean to burst the bubble but it seems to me that most December and January folks are still waiting, where did you guys hear that June is exclusive for Feb and March applicants? That's under 18 months and they seem to be taking their sweet time as usual.

no bubble here, I'm actually trying to prepare for waiting till October at least.
I think we are looking at common trends, yes, there are some applicants left behind, waiting here and there, but there is a trend of PPRs issued to Jan applicants and now moving towards the February ones.

Agreed. I am Jan. 27 applicant still waiting, and probably will be waiting until July at least. Many Nov.and Dec. 2016 don't have their PPR yet

Exactly. I'm January 19th. I'm hoping for June at least, can't take this anymore.

18 months timeline pertains to 80% of applications, therefore there is 20% chance an application is either processed faster or slower.

Most January people here in the forums are still waiting as far as I can tell. I honestly think that the lucky few that got it faster are the exception, not the rule, let's hope you're right though.

there were quite a few January applicants who got their PPRs.
I can't really tell if that was a majority or minority of applicants
