Of course I called them and asked the agent about my security check... and he said that it hasnt started yet :/

I don't know what can be reason for my delays ?Last week when i called them, they told me security is not initiated yet.
Really worried and frustrated , its too much....can't bear more..

Hello, we just have a new born in our family , she is born here in Canada , Monday I was update her Canadian Passport and Birth Certificate on my application, somebody know if can be a delay on my application for this reason?
