PNP - PR - Jan-Feb-March 2016 Applicants

Just got my GCMS notes yesterday. Apparently they sent me ppr on Nov. 15 but I never received anything! Called them and they said they are going to send it again. Hopefully this time I can receive it. Why can't they mail the letter to make sure it's delivered?! Jesus Christ! When I called them in early December to ask about ppr they told me to just wait! Luckily I ordered the notes!

Yesterday after exactly 2 years, I got this message in myCic:
Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. This must be received at this office by: 2018/01/11
Is this a good sign?
Are we close to PPR?? How long more waiting?

I had a friend who got exactly the same message a year ago in early January 2017, provided that he was a Nov 2015 applicant. And finally he got his PPR email in early March 2017.

Feb 2 2016 single bc pnp inland applicant.i emailed ottawa and what i got is that your application is under review and need additional verifications since sept 2017 why..is there anyone in similar situation and my background is still not applicable.

My Passport is going to expire in April 2018. Can i go ahead and renew my passport or i should wait until passport is requested for. My application is currently in process waiting for DM.

If I were you I would go ahead and renew it. Do not trust CIC! My work permit was expiring in Aug 2017 and 16 months processing time was over in May 2017. I called them in July and asked if I needed to renew my work permit as they were already late. They told me to apply for a renewal and we would reimburse the work permit application fee as you hear our final decision : "It should be soon". It is January 2018 and after 23 months nothing is updated yet.

I posted this in another thread guys; we need to take some action. We have to take this to media and we need to contact someone directly. I have been sending out emails since November and nobody replied to my request.
The question is are we less important than refugees? Why do we have less rights than refugees while we pay full taxes? We came here legally and relying on our education and social power. We should not be treated this way. It is unfair!
