Last time someone posted that CIC agent told maximum possessing time is 21months but there is no expired date... It’s so talking like irresponsibly

At least they don't tell us how many steps left to completion to make the wait time less painful.

Have you added your spouse in middle of the process?
I have added my spouse in Jan 2017. Received medical in Feb 2107. When I called them they said that we have received all verification's in July 2017. Since then file is in queue awaiting finalization.
Please share your timeline.

I don't know. I called them several times and still the same answer. Just wait. That's what I am hearing since July 2017.
