I am a single applicant, actually I find people who are not single applicant may receive PPR faster than mine. I dont think single or multiple really matters. It really depends on the officer.
I think so it depends on officer and how deep he/she wants to go in details...more information more time.....

Does the file need to be transferred to Ottawa first before we receive PPR?
thats what someone in the forum said. I originally submitted in Sidney and it ended up in Ottawa. It is said PPR comes from Ottawa. When I did a case specific enquiry, I realize the emails came from ottawa and also in my case notes (GCMS notes that my file was transferred to Ottawa). I am not sure if this is true for everyone.

For inland applicants, Ottawa is the final destination for 100% of cases. If you look at your gcms notes, Ottawa facility will be indicated as your secondary office. The final review happens there.

Any update today?

Hello everyone! I am march 10 2016 applicant. I got my ainp in feb 29th 2016. Still waiting for my passport call. I have called ircc several times and they are still reviewing my file. They are doing final security check. I asked through webform and through local mp but they are not speeding up my process. Kindly give some suggestion.

No worries, most of Jans and some of Decs are still waiting DM and PPR. All of us passed all things and final review in processing. The only thing we can do is waiting....Be paitient is the most important class I learned from CIC during this 5 years I have been in Canada
