try calling really early, not sure where you are from but in Alberta, if I make the call around 8 - 8.30 am and wait for half an hour to 45 minutes, I will get directed to an agent. Later than that, no luck

PACE = Passed All Criteria Eligibility
Which means you meet all the eligibility requirements

Exatly the same except one thing - my file since 13 April in PACE. I got second GCMS and nothing new. Exatly the same like first one two month ago, no updates since 13 April.
I am 11 Jan applicant.

I am Jan 11th applicant, too. MP told me I should wait until September 13th and if nothing happen by then, I should contact him again!

I think nothing will change the situation and no body can help! We just need to wait or apply again for EE.
