My timeline is same as yours. So we have same scenario.

They said maybe this week they will send it out. I hope it will happen.

I just talk to Cic agent this morning she said my files is transferred to cpc Ottawa,b4 it was in cio Sydney, and my background verification is ongoing...anyone knows what does it mean

Have you called cic coz the last time you said they gave u a due date which is aug 8 same with me as well when I called them today they said my files is transferred to Ottawa but still my background verification is still on going....

Hello,
I m march 10 2016 ,pnp paper based outland applicant, VIsa office is NDVO...

I tried an enquiry through our mp.Then they said criminality in progress .In my cic account ,they r reviewing my eligibility , medical results ,and backgroundand that has been shown like that from May 2017onwards...They asked new medical for me and my spouse last month and we did on ,12/07/2017...From my MP office they said that still they r not updating my new medical , and wait one more month to update that and contact the office again.....I don't know what NDVO is doing....17 months of waiting now...totally disappointed .......................
