PNP - PR - Jan-Feb-March 2016 Applicants

Hello all,
I applied for PR under BC PNP program. Here is the timeline:

Applied to CIC: February 2016

Application received by CIC: March 14 2016

Application processing started: 11 April 2016

Medical results received by CIC

Paid for Right to Permanent Residency fees in October 2016

But since there has been no update. The current processing time is 16 months for paper applications under the PNP program and my application is right at 16 months now. But no outcome yet. Called the CIC and was told my file is waiting security clearance by CSIS. Is anyone else in a similar situation? Thank you in advance for replying!

March 31st applicant, got PPR today!

I'm from a country that is not visa exempt but my partner is from a visa exempt country. Does anyone know if I have to send both passports or if I can send my passport and photocopy of my partners passport?

Some march applicants
No one get any update after medical
All of these are stucked at pv2 off rev since jan-march no update after that

Ohh my! Since Nov!!! I'm Feb 24 applicant. But if everyone is stuck at the same stage then I guess everyone will get it around at the same time. Maybe something wrong?

Pv2 is code for provincial nominee applicants
Pv2 off rev is some kind of officer review
If u added ur spouse froM very beginning then ur good its not gonna delay for u

March 9 applicant.. Over 16 months but no updates. Called em; they said security is not initiated yet but all else is done. Not sure what they have been doing with my application because everything was cleared by October 2016 except security. 10 months since then and no progress.
