Finally, I reached agent this morning. She said everything is good and waiting for the final review and decision, it will be done in next two months.....WTF, next two months? Totally over 20months waiting? I lost my patience, hope my BOWP is coming soon, my full time company is still holding my last two weeks wages and they will deposit it for me until I update my SIN, even I told them my work status is "implied status" and it is legal!! I really want leave them and fly to see my grandma, she is gravely sick outside Canada, don't want to miss her since those stupid CIC officers..... Jan 12 app~~~

check this out bro, I have been through same situation. They can not hold your pay , you are legally allowed to work on the same SIN if you have applied for the extension before the expiry date and no body can hold your pay. If they are you are legally allowed to report this to the Service Canada, they can get in touch with the employer. hope this helps you. I wish for the speedy recovery and healthy life of your grandma. Prayers :)

Bro I believe it got declined because she already has a TRV till Feb 2018. You need to apply for her extension around 45-60 days before feb 2018 just in case your permanent residency hasnt got approved by then. They wont approve it before hand because she has enough time left on her visa to expire.
This is an extended work permit along with mine. Her TRV already expired on Feb 14 2017 along with myself. I am not worried about the cancellation of her application. Want to make sure it does not effect her stay in Canada.

I believe she can stay in Canada because she has a valid work permit and her status is Worker. However, she can't return to Canada without TRV in case she wants to travel outside the country.

Whats ur current loction in history?
Is it Pv2 off rev?
i received a reply from my MP's office, my criminality check has passed but they have not yet initiated my wife's criminality check.:(
mine was passed in october last year. So i do not see ppr anytime soon.

Just got DM, Mar 21, 2016 applicant. Hopefully will get PPR soon.

Guys who added spouses later are stucked at pv2 off rev
Not even a single applicant got DM or PPR for a long time

Congrats. When did your background check change to "in progress"?
I am not sure because I don't have access to MyCIC account (I have consultant). I checked it through ECAS, it says DM.

What is PV2 off rev????

I recently received GCMS notes, PV2 shows on my GCMS notes.
My spouse is as dependent in my application since beginning.

Although I am May, 2016 applicant. Inland applicant.

Thanks.
