Jan 15th applicant...still nothing.
I sent a CSE on May 24th and got a reply on June 28th. It says nothing.

"We verified the information you provided and are pleased to inform you that everything appears to be in order with your application. Rest assured that you will be informed as soon as a decision is reached or if additional information is needed."

I want to know this. The delay in processing paper applicants is only for complex cases? Like marriage, adding spouse, nationality etc?

It doesn't make sense to delay all straightforward paper applicants.

Once medical passed, the procedure is same for both express entry and paper applicants.

Untill today there is quite. Did anyone get a PPR today?

i have exactly same timeline 4 aug will be our 16 months so hopefully end of july

I have the same timeline (applied 11 April, 2016) along with my wife as dependent.
Now twist is, our work permits are getting expired on 23 August, 2017.
Looks like my PPR should be in August 2017 approximately.
In this situation should I spend another $520 (2 people) for work permit extension application or Is there any way to save it..??

What i've seen here is, it stretches from 1 day to multiple weeks. So lets hope its faster.
