Hi Guys !
All January Applicant , I have a important question !

I am Jan 11th Applicant.
My BG changed in to process by APR 13
No Updates after that !

whats the maximum time they take in Final review ? 4 Months ?

I have a scheduled plan to India by August 18 ( For My marriage ) returning September 14 .

What if I receive PPR on august 1st week ?

How long I can hold My passport after the request ?

Another problem is how does it work if I get married after the Passport request ?

Please need advice guys !!
It's better to travel after getting your passport stamped. Once your receive your passport from cic you have 4 months to cross the border. One of my friend is going for her wedding too. She is just waiting for the passport to come back and she is going to fly.
But when you cross the border they are going to ask you if have any updates like marriage etc.

Yes

When they send us PPR, they will give 30 days time to update your profile and send them your passport. Update your profile means, you can add spouse or dependents. In the mean time during the process if we have any criminal charges, we need to inform them.

I would say; if you get PPR when you are in India, update your profile with spouse name and documentation. In PPR email you will have all further instructions. It's better to send passport within 20 days after receiving your PPR.

Advanced congratulations for your wedding. Good luck.

Quick question. Where does the PPR get sent? Does it arrive in MyCIC, is it emailed, or is a hard copy sent to the home address?

It looks like no ppr emails today.
Good luck everyone next week or so

no ppr emails today
