we had applied on 19th jan 2016 through PNP for Ontario.
received the nomination in december 2016 from Ontario.

I think the reason he assumes you're express entry is because you got pr in 6 months, which is 1/3rd of the time it is taking everyone else. The only explanation I can think if you applied via PNP is you are coming from an "at risk" country? Most Ukrainians I know also got their PR within 6 months whereas everyone else takes 3x as long.

guys can someone tell me if there is a difference between inland and outland nominees' processing times?

Hi Jan-Feb-March 2016 Applicants,

I am a March 2017 applicant. Would you please let me know how long it generally takes to get an update on "Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements"?

It says that "When we have reviewed your eligibility, we will send you a message." How long should I expect to wait for this step?

Thanks!
March 2017????
Please wait until july 2018 for ppr.

guys can someone tell me if there is a difference between inland and outland nominees' processing times?
Inland means both husband and wife are living together in Canada, processing time is normal 16months
Outland means husband and wife are living in two different countries, processing time is 12 months.

Inland means primary applicant living in canada it doesn't matter where his/her spouse within canada or back home
Outland means primary applicant outside canada

You didnt mention year before so people thought ur EE.
I think she said that She applied online not a paper application
I have no clue how can u apply online with a nomination except EE....

Hi guys, I am a March 2017 applicant. will I receive a second email from CIC (after AOR and before MR) saying that "you meet the positive eligibility"? do you have the following statement in your CIC account (one step before Review of Medical)?: "Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements."

If yes, how long does it take (after getting AOR) to get this second email? thanks

Hi,

no no not express entry.

we have applied for PR through OINP. These are the details below:

Date Status:
27/12/16 Acceptance of Nomination from ON
30/12/16 Confirmation Of Nomination
04/01/17 ITA Received
28/01/17 Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR)
28/01/17 Confirmation of Online Application Transmission
14/06/17 Background check status changed to Processing
14/06/17 received PPR (but background status remains unchanged)
15/06/17 sent Passports for stamping.
I said you are EE because you received "ITA" that is only EE no paper aplication. Other thing is you received AOR the same day of "online" aplication, paper aplication receive AOR between 1 and 3 months.
Brother you are EE but no worries you are welcome here!

They received my passport on June 12th. Counterfoil was generated on June 16th. Waiting for return tracking number activation.
You can check your CIC account/contact CIC. Good luck.

You are not alone. I was tracking a return of my documents since Monday afternoon when the tracker was activated. It finally said at 8 am (on Wednesday) that my documents went out for delivery. The post man didn't arrive until about 5 hours later with a slip instructing me to pick up my documents at the post office the next day at 1 pm because it was "damaged." Of course I am in a state of shock because my passport was in the damaged envelope. I decided not to wait until the next day and visit the post office at 5pm the same day. When the post mistress, handed me my envelope, it was drenched in water. Miraculously my passport was not damaged, and the copr (while having water marks) was not damaged either. Even the picture on the document was not damaged. But I am writing you to let you that you are not alone. Canadapost is rather incompetent, and I will never send anything by them again. You have no idea how I pissed I was when I saw the slip, claiming that my items were damaged.
hey dude did u get ur passport back...after counterfoil number how much time it takes to get passport back ..any idea?
