Yeah I did medical on may 2nd and it's updated on ecas that medical results have been received. So i am kind of near to final stage...I'm still in same noc code in new company...one of my friend is also in smae new company who was with me in the old company as well he didn't get his medical yet so he was saying he will going to notify pnp about this change... if they got to know his change of employer... pnp can see who else was under the same employer as him and other applicants didn't notify yet... then it might b a problem for me as well ... that's my main concern... I wasn't going to update to pnp or cic yet
If immigration ppl notices sth, they will ask you, then you can explain to them. I believe that they won't revoke your nomination at all. So I would not notify them at all :)

Hi bro...
any updates about your landing documents ? how did they went missing ?
CIC received the documents for re-issuing. Im constantly checking the returning tracking number so i dont get the document missing again. Im assuming it is Canada Post's carrier's mistake with the missing documents. CIC confirmed the right address, so it is only Canada Post that can be responsible for the missing documents. Seems like the documents simply evaporated into the air....

Nothing yet....!!!

I bet that you will have your background change tomorrow. It is the second half of the month, probably the new half month batch processing will start

If it's the exact same company, I'd say just wait until PNP calls you/your employer. As long as your new employer is also willing to support you, you have nothing to worry about.

The only time you are at risk is when PNP decides to cancel your certificate and informs CIO about it. In your case, it's not likely to happen.

It depends .. my friend changed his employer 2 months after receiving nomination. His employer sent email to pnp officer. Officer said if ircc issued open work permit then they cannot restrict him with one employer and she allowed him to change employer because new employer offered him more wage.
So i think if reason is valid then no problem.
Cheers
