Can't do anything! even we signed a petition with 200 signatures and nothing! still applicants have been waiting since July 2015 and no response than security is in process. Mostly received CV request in Sep and Oct 2016.

Not for me, but I will be willing to provide it anyway. It seems like they are doing something for you at least.

If they ask you for additional documents it will take more (at least 2-3 more months). So, it is a good sign that they have not asked for any documents.

Hi all,

I am new here. I saw lots of Jan applicants are still waiting for the DM and PPR. I am the Jan 12th, and got AOR at March 22. CIC received my ME on Jan 29, 2017, it is still showing the "in process" and the last status showed "ME received" until now. I am not sure if I cannot see the more details since I didn't link to my CIC account. Good luck for everyone.

I have exactly the same timeline as yours. But I am still waiting for DM. My background changed to in process since April 25.

I think there are two circumstances for background change. One is getting DM after one or two days or at the same day after BG change to IP. Another one is waiting one or two months or even longer after BG changes to get DM.

Hope Jan applicants will get DM soon.
