CIC sent me ppr on April 27. They received my passport on 1 May. I did not receeive my passport back. Is it normal timing. Please advice. I am worried because some of my friends got it back in a week. I am inland applicant in calgary. Thanks

Took around 10 business days in our case (we are Edmonton area)

As cic is taking long time to process inland paper based applications.Same is happening to outland applications for PNP- PR paper based applications.I have also started a petition for same.Please sign and support.Please and thanks.Lots of my friends are in situation because of the delay.

The agent told me that my application is approved, and waiting for PPR.
He said he cannot notify the officer to send PPR even over 16 months, but he saw there is a next update date 'Jun 10th'.
He said a 'notify' button after Jun 10th will appear in his interface.
If i haven't received PPR on Jun 10th, he will be able to click on the above button to notify the officer.
Do you guys think it is pretty crazy???

Mime shows still In process , But CIC agent told me its all done ( Not update in My account )
Today is 1 day over 16 month

It drives me crazy !! Driving me nuts !

Hope we get something by next week !!

BG is still 'In Progress', and the whole process is really pissed off.

It's simple procedure

Fill up same representative form when you applied PR
The other option for cancellation
No need their signature
Just your info
Upload it on web form
5-10 businesses days.
Then try to link with your my cic acc,
If it doesn't work with same answers you provided when you applied pr, then take screenshots and submit report a technical issue,
They will send correct answers what you need to put, if they have different in their system
For example: you tried with "delhi india" as your birth place but you tried "delhi, india" then it wouldn't find your application
But if you filled up correct answers when you try to link then it will work,
If you link then you will get everything in your email and can check more details than ecas.

This is crazy. There are many people here who have been told that they will receive an update on June 10th!
I think we should not expect anything until then

So far, CIC is telling; they can't do anything because our application is within process time. When we call after our application crossed process times (16months), they are simply saying; we are behind schedule, we received all required documents, nothing is missing and for sure you will get update soon.
We know all the story, we did our job well....but WHEN my officer will wake up and will see our documents ? Patience is gone

While we are getting frustrated over extremely slow processing times : I was just wondering how come the process is so slow . Read the undermentioned employee review.

If CIC request any document or Form after u r done with ur medicals.... Then they ll always take 1 to 1 n half month more than d actual processing times.
