What kind of reminder? Can you please explain in detail if you get one? I received email that was saying that link your paper based application to online account. And it was two week ago.

Jan 2016 applicants, we are getting reminder email for RPRF, Schedule A, PCC and passport copies. IRCC will send this email to everyone. I we miss anything among these 4, we have to update. If we already provided these details, we can ignore this email.

Mostly after paying RPRF,
1 month for MR
1 month to 45 days for PPR after Medicals
20 to 30 days for VISA stamping after IRCC receiving passports

Hope for the best and wait.....:)

Buddy,

Make sure that, you paid RPRF. At initial stage we will fill fee payment form/pay online $550 CAD for each applicant. RPRF is $490 CAD for each applicant. So make sure, which fee you paid.

My medicals is passed this morning on myCIC. Will keep you guys posted if anything else changes.

I am SO THANKFUL for the progress of my application and I wish all of you the best of luck ;D

It is clearly stated in your nomination approval letter that you can't apply for EE if you are OID applicant. Also you are told on how to submit your application to IRCC with the document "Nominated what to do next".
Pls follow the guide accordingly. Thanks

Thanks +1 for you.....

It will be more clear if you can tell me about processing time ... People say it takes 1.5 years for oid applications on federal stage ... Is it true ??

Hello Everyone,

So I got the reminder email as well. One of the sections talk about providing Original Police Certificates from each country and territory where you lived for six or more months. I provided the police clearance certificate for my country of origin along with the application however, do we also need to provide police certificate for Canada since, I am an inland applicant? Please advise.

Hi Guys,

I have questions. I have received a reminder letter from CIC. I understand that I can ignore if I sent them all correctly however my spouse was a visitor at the time of submitting my application so I didn't attach police check in Canada (only attached police check from Korea as he resides in Korea and hasn't stayed in Canada at that time). Now he holds open work permit and staying here over 6 months. Should we send an updated documentation to CIC?

One more questions, when I submitted my application I checked out my spouse was not accompanying to Canada due to personal reasons. Once I received PR I will submit his application under family sponsorship. In the meantime, he can extend his open work permit until he got his as he is holing open work permit at the moment. Am I right?

You guys are all experts. Thank you for your reply!
