PNP - PR - Jan-Feb-March 2016 Applicants

Hello, everyone. I did my RCMP fingerprint criminal check on June 14 and the final result would be sent out directly by RCMP to CIC. The problem is I do not know whether the cic agent has received the result or not (RCMP will not give me any information). Does anyone know who I should contact to confirm this?

I requested a copy to be sent to me from RCMP which I sent to CIC through express post. The fingerprint place suggested I do that because RCMP is not be relied upon and they have a history of messing up.
If you got a copy send it to CIC asap as there is a 60 day limit.

Hi, everyone. My application is inland BC pnp pr. I got my AOR in April 26,2016, I am waiting for MR.
I have a big question here: My lawyer told me to keep working 40 hours per week when I am waiting for pr,
but I can only get 32hours per week from my employer, what should I do? Is CIC going to check my working hours and my income? If I don't work 40hours, is CIC going to refuse my application?

Please help me for my question, I really need to find out what to do. Thanks to everyone.

Which province nominated you and what NOC code job?

Hi Buddy,

One of my friend works as retail supervisor. He also works 32 hours per week. BC PNP sent him a question about his pay and hours. BC PNP asks questions by email. BC PNP sent question to applicant and employer. Employer responded to BC PNP by email; saying my friend is full time supervisor will be scheduled for 40 hours a week and after deducting breaks, he gets pay for only 32 hours per week. His pay is $17 an hour.

That answered BC PNP question and he got PNP approval.

So don't worry. BC PNP might asks you same question.

Hi friends,
I'm a new comer to this forum.I would like to know some answers regarding my process.I am NSNP demand express entry outland applicant.
1.I couldnt able to check my application status as I dont have my case ID no or other required numbers.So how can I check my status?
2.After I submitted my PR application on 2016/03/21 with PCC,upfront medicals & S4 , I didnt get any messege from CIC.Is that normal?
3.I got my AOR on 03rd December2015.Normally how long does it take to get PPR?
4.My husband worked Japan & Maldives more than one year.Is that caused to delay the process eventhough I submitted PCC?
5.Though it mentioned that it takes only six months , what percentage of majority get their PR within 6 months?Can any senior please predict my process through your experience?

I'm really tiring of waiting.

Hi I am from Bangladesh. I applied for work permit and permanent residency in February and still haven't got any medical calls. Is it normal?

Both my applications went to Singapore. And my work permit application was submitted online.

Any helpful information on timeline would be a great help. Really worried to see some people getting medical calls a lot faster than me....
