My primery NOC is 4011, as I have worked as a university lecturer for 3 years (2012-2015) but my current job is university laboratory assistant (2015- up to now)./quote]

Have you spent a year in the role of University Laboratory Assistant? Imo you got ineligible because your experience < 1 year.

Why didn't you apply under University lecturer?

Hello all,

I submitted my application first week in MAY and method of payment was my CC I realised my Cc expires in middle of August, do you think I would have gotten AOR by then or they would have charged my CC by then.

What do I do please?

Thanks

Hi All!

I sent my passport to the visa office last June 17, 2016. My status on ecas was changed to Decision Made last 06/26/2016 up to now. What does it mean?

Thank you and God bless all ☺

Hello,

I have applied for OINP and I have heard that CIC are rejecting files with reasons such as "Name not found on bank statements". I checked my bank statements and I am having same issue. Is there a way we can submit/update CIC (OINP) with new bank statements with my Name on it ? If so, please provide a process.

Thank you.

If you are paying by credit card, please ensure that your credit card will be valid for at least nine months from your submission date.
If unable to process your payment, your application will be returned to you.

OMG, what can I do please, my nomination expires in July and I haven't gotten AOR yet and my CC expires in August. I can afford to get my application returned to me.

Don't worry about the nomination..If your nomination was valid when they received the application then you are good to go.

As far as your credit card ...I believe you have sufficient time for the transaction to go through. You can also talk to the bank regarding extension of same credit card without changing any details.

Thanks I will do that

in addition to wat moneywater said, u no u just took 2 risks there, late submition, and paying with a credit card thats almost expired, but no need to panic, your AOR will come within 2-3 months, pls don do this again, try to be fast with CIC cos they are slow, now u will go to that bank and apply for the credit card or master card extention, u just apply for 3 months extention,

2 incase of your nomination, if it expires before you get AOR, you mail there office, they will give you another 3 months nomination letter extention, the 2 has solution, u dont need to worry at all

I have chosen pick up of my passport. So, I will just wait for an email or text from the visa office right? I applied thru Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program.

I wish you all the best regarding your application ☺

I am just thinking aloud!!!!!!!

I am thinking of the processing gap between EE applicants and paper based. The former get done within 6th the and the latter 15 months. Is it that security check are not done on EE applications. Or that the immigration officers take 9 months (15 less 6 ) to enter the paper application into the system.

Some of us (ie applicants from 2013) in mpnp actually submitted online, so can't they just let us also enroll via cic online system....... just thinking aloud

EE and Paper PNP both go through the same checks, background, security, medical, eligibility.

EE save time with upfront medical and upfront PCC doc request. Perhaps because of electronic documents, they save time in security checks as well.

As a matter of fact, security checks are not done by CIC themselves, they rely on reports from RCMP and CSIS.

Very interesting! I know EE is a lot faster +-9 months compared to paper based apps. Who is RCMP and CSIS?
