Based on others and looking on their timelines the applicant VO is based on their current location however I am not sure in your case though, since you are in Manila when you applied.
I think the best thing you can do is just to wait for MR. It will surely indicate there your visa office.

Yes that is my plan... Wait for the MR. I submitted my CIC documents mentioning that I'am currently residing in Dubai and my residence visa (working visa) will expire on 19 April 2016, However, i already sign for new contract.
Wait na lang siguro kung san ang VO.God bless

Documents received by CIC on 11th on Feb and waiting for AOR.

I have read many people in the forum have received AOR with similar timelines. I have applied under masters stream and the processing time is around 15 months. Is this the reason for the delay or everybody in the forum has applied under the same category???

Usually AOR comes after 60 days..
My application was received at 22 feb i am also waiting for AOR

I too am concerned. I am an inland applicant and my application was received on Feb 16. No AOR as of yet.
