Feb 5th applicant here.

Yesterday, got a document request for updated schedule A. Guess CIC just opened up my file, expecting DM within 1.5 month.

Can you tell us why CIC ask you for schedule A update ?
Did CIC ask you before?

Has anyone ever contacted Case Management Branch at Case-review-Im-enquiry@cic.gc.ca?
My application for open work permit got rejected because I applied for bridging open work permit and there was a restriction on my pnp certificate. However my PGWP was issued for one year till my passport expiry so that way I was actually eligible for an open PGWP extension (which I did mentioned in my letter of explanation)
Anyways I was advised to contact case Management Branch as in a way the decision made was unfair. But it is third week now I haven’t heard back anything at all in response to my email. Not even an automated email. I also sent a reminder email 2 days ago, still nothing.

I can guess two reasons:
1. The last update of schedule A was Oct, 2016. Since it's been more than a year, they just need an update.
2. They renewed the schedule A form last July, which is a way better form I think. No paper any more, but just e-PDF form like IMM0008. Using the form, they can pull and review the data electronically.

BOWP and PGWP applications are different.

Since you have an employer condition under PNP cert, you cannot apply for BOWP, but you can extend your WP with LMIA exempt under IMP.

If you want to extend PGWP for your remaining period, you have to specify it, by selecting PGWP in question 1, "details of intended work in Canada" section in IMM5710. CIC doesn't do cross-apply by itself.

Hi,
Yeah my application is processing at delhi.
I added my wife into my application in June 2017 got medical request for both of us on oct 4. Medical exam done by oct 11;
Nov 8 got email(after sending email enquiry for status update) saying medical reports received and file waiting for final review.
What's your file status now ?

my file is also waiting for review ..myself and my spouse did our re medical on July 12 as our first one got expired...and ecas shows medical received and after that nothing...still waiting.......

Did you travel outside Canada after Oct, 2016 ??

Nope for both. It's just literally they need an update.

If there is a gap in history or any concern, you will be informed.

What!! From Agust it's saying pending final review??

I have access for only ecas and its say medicals received in ecas. My representative has access for cic and other.

How to submit passport for your dependent, if she/he is in USA? Do they put her/his mailing instructions or name on PPR email? My husband is in USA. I am confused, when I will get PPR, if he can send me over here in Canada then I will send together. As North America residents submit Passport to Ottawa only. We hold Indian Passports. Thank you.
