PNP - PR - Jan-Feb-March 2016 Applicants

Hi

I was completed my medical test in Oct, 02, 2017 and report is submited. Also I was paid lending fees on canada govt website.
Still i am waiting for PPR. My status is displaying "In Process". How many time take PPR.

Got an email from delhi immigration saying file is pending for final review.
Any one know how long does it take to get PPR from final review.

I've received the PPR by email last night
Checking my status in the CIC system this morning and it is still of "We are processing your background check"

My time line is listed below:

March 14, 2016 AOT
March, 2017 Medical Request received
Sept, 9 2017 Status changed to "We are processing your background check"
Nov 14, 2017 PPR received by email

Note: I'm the main applicant, and my wife is a dependent applicant initially.
She lived in UK for 2 years back to 10 years ago, I'm thinking that's why our background check had been so slow.

I've got DM in ECAS but so far haven't seen anything in my account. It still says they need more document to process my application and my background check is still in process. I think their system is just slow.

Yesterday, got a document request for updated schedule A. Guess CIC just opened up my file, expecting DM within 1.5 month.

Yeah my application is processing at delhi.
I added my wife into my application in June 2017 got medical request for both of us on oct 4. Medical exam done by oct 11;
Nov 8 got email(after sending email enquiry for status update) saying medical reports received and file waiting for final review.
What's your file status now ?
