Don't lose hope bruh...when did CIO received your application? That's when the 16 months timeframe starts from. They received my application on Feb 8, 2016. A year later feb 8 2017 i received MR. APR 4 passport request. Good luck to you!

i passed jan 13 2017 and still waiting so u can calculate

I would say about 3 more months. That's the average time i have seen so far.
It's just an estimate though. could be more, could also e less depending on how much time has passed since you applied. If it's less than 10 months or a yr or so then it'll be longer.

Hello guys...

My boss got Passport request in January 2017 and he immediately sent it to Accra VO through DHL.

He is yet to get DM 3 months thereafter and the passport is yet to be returned to him.

Please what can he do??

Just received GCMS notes. Kind of worthless as they were pulled on 20th March and i bet things may have changed since then. I have a quick question the Paper File History mention PNP-Meds Pending however my medical says passed processed by Office: Ottawa HMB. Not sure what happened behind the curtains. Is my file in Ottawa now? or was my medical records forwarded for Ottawa for review (was diagnosed by latent-TB and undergo 8.5 month medication when I took Medical Exam)? Anyhow medical is passed not sure how long before there is change in Background Check, DM and PPR?? The whole process needs a lot of patience.

I got my medical Request on Jan 14

and my Bg changed from Not Applicable to in-process By APR 13 !!

From my case i assuming it takes 3 months from the medical request !

I have heard for some people they get faster then 3 months !!!

From the day CIC received ur file start counting the 16 months.
