Some people get Dm in same day
For others it took 10 days for DM !!

Is it fair to assume most of the Jan applicants have either received PPR, or Decision Made or for some their Background Check In Process (on their way to get PPR in a couple of days)?

I am not sure about others but My security is in progress rest everything is passed. Hopefully will see something by the end of this month

I just received an email from CIC asking for a spouse kit even though my spouse is a Canadian Citizen.
They are asking for fees, medical and pretty much everything for her. WTH??

That's so weird. I also put the birth certificate and non-criminal check for my husband ( he is permanent resident) along with my application and cic just asked for his pr card copy in Sept last year.

Some times, it happens. One of my friend is Dec 2015 applicant; his background check changed from not applicable to in progress on last week (Apr 5th). He worked in a company, when he was in India 6 years ago. that company doesn't exist anymore. CIC is asking him, that job pay slips and tax returns. They gave him Two weeks time. He was tensed and helpless. Anything might happen anytime.

Hi All,
I applied for PR on August 2016 and got my file number on December 2016. My PGWP is expiring on 25 June, 2017. I am a Provincial nominee from Alberta. In the PNP letter it says there is NO RESTRICTIONS ON EMPLOYMENT.

Am I eligible to apply for BOWP?
If so, What documents do I need to apply for BOWP?
When I try to do it online it ask me for the following documents:
-Letter of Support from Province or Territory
-Proof that you Meet the Requirements of the Job Being Offered
-Employer Questionnaire and Declaration
Do I need all these documents?
YOUR RESPONSE WILL BE HIGHLY APPRICIATED

Y u need to cancel rep ? To view online status ? If so, than u could have ordered gcms notes to view ur progress of application. Some time online status are also not updated regularly. We have few applicants who got DM without change in bg status
