Got MR today, made appointment right a way. The Form is showing the old address tho, reception girl told me its not a problem... They want $400 from me...

I got two questions, couple friends of mine told me that I can leave the province after medical, is that true? I need to leave this heart breaking town.
Another question is, it took 12months and 7days for me to receive the MR, and my work permit only have 4 months and 10 days left, should I do the BWOP now or wait till the last couple days? I can't seem to find the copy of my nomination...

I would request GMC notes to find out what stage you're at. Sometimes they do check employer, etc. after medicals I heard. But your notes might show Background check as "passed" or smth. Then I'd leave.
Can I ask what town you're talking about?

August 30, 2016: received reminder email;
Jan 14, 2017: received MR;

hmm，thx for the reply. I think my background check is still under review, I'm not sure where to get gcom notes or ecas?? Tried to google but loss interest since it's not speeding things up.

1) Notes: ...[atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/ (it'll take them at least a month to get back to you with results)
2) Ecas/status: ...[cic.gc.ca/english/my_application/status.asp

Is that Ok that if I just bring my driver's licence?

I brought driver's license to upfront e-Medicals (Inland; Saskatoon, SK) & it all went through and has been submitted already. The MR letter mentions it may be "national ID" as well.

Hello everyone,
I have some questions regarding work permit and pr application. I applied for pr application under provincial nominee program on august 31st ,2016. recently I got AOR . On the other side, my girlfriend applied for pr application under provincial nominee program on September ,2016 and she also got AOR. Both of us has closed work permit until 2018 . I am not getting enough hours to survive in my job so I want to apply for open work permit so I have some questions:-
(1) should I get marry to my girl friend and be dependent on her and apply for open work permit. Am I eligible for that? I am ready to withdraw my file? or
(2) can I apply for open work permit using AOR ? but my work permit will be expired in 2018.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hello peeps!
i got a question for all senior applicants.
applied AINP approved PR application in august 2016. Got AOR.
I'm thinking to change my employer. Can PNP approved canadidates change their jobs?
I had applied under EDS(employer driven stream) of AINP but the nomination says no job restrictions.
Is anyone out thr who changed their job and process went smoothly?

Not everybody from Jan Feb March if you ask me. Myself applied in Feb and no MR till date. Asked for additional documents on Jan 7th and provided on 11th since then no update. In myaccount cic Background In Progress from forever.

Medicals request senti to lawyer on nov 1. But he scrwd up and didnt check it. I got second reminder jan 3 and finished it jan 10. I dont know how long it takes to get passport request
