Can someone suggest me how web form works. I see some applicants talking about web form. Does it help in speeding up the process? We can simply call and they can answer whats going on. So why use web form

Yeah i think our case is assigned to one particular officer and that officer seemed to take longer than usual lol considering how long late june applicants getting their cards

Nothing as of now. I see some people who applied in june are actually getting the cards but some applicants who applied earlier are still waiting. This whole process is very frustrating
