Seems like it's not on first go basis. I think it depends on charging card/paid online? I don't have other explanation.

timeframes are different for inland / outland applicants. I`m sure all February ones are outland

Oh okay, I thought until application is sent to visa office, we all were in "one bowl".

Maybe they think "these people are IN already. Let's make sure buddies who are not IN yet, get IN as soon as possible" and process outlands first

I believe inland and outland are both processed at CIO-Sydney for AOR.

There are differences because there are more than one officers checking the file at that stage. One guy maybe on vacation or sick or, since they are government employees, just slow

After that it's send to VOs or kept at CIO-Sydney which have significant timeline difference.

22/03/2016 - got mail from CIC for UCI & FILE NUMER.

Please tell me what is next step and when I will expect to get MR.

Thanks for sharing your CIC timeline.

In the latest trend, it seems that MR will be out in approx 2 weeks to 2 months from AOR/UCI. Before it was 2-4 months approx.
